These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://terrabellaskin.com, operated by Terrabella Skin Spa("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using our website

You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it in a way that harms others.

Appointments, memberships, and payments

Details shown on the site, including services, memberships, and pricing, are for information and may change. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment, or not showing up, carries a $25 fee for any service. When you book online you save a card with our payment provider, Stripe, and you authorize us to charge that card the $25 fee if you cancel late or do not show up. Services that are paid in advance are charged when you book. Please contact us with any questions before your appointment.

Door access codes

Some visits use a door access code sent to you for your appointment window. Keep your code private, use it only for your booking, and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under a code issued to you.

Text messages

Terrabella Skin Spa sends text messages about your appointments to clients who agree to receive them. The program covers booking confirmations and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

• How you opt in. Tick the text message box when you create an account. The box is unticked by default and optional. You do not have to agree to texts to create an account, book, or buy anything.
• How often. Message frequency varies with your bookings.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and nothing after that.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, email terrabellaskin@gmail.com, or call (435) 990-1975.
• Your number. Only opt in with a mobile number that is yours or that you are authorized to use.
• Delivery. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Terrabella Skin Spa or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information about treatments is general and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional about your skin or health before booking a treatment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terrabella Skin Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
